Story of Christy Malayalam

Christy is Christy is a Malayalam romantic-drama film written by first-time director Albin Henry. The film stars Malavika Mhanan as well as Mathew Thomas in leading roles.
The film tells the tale of a teenager who falls into a relationship with an old lady. The film is described as a romantic one the film marks actress Malavika Mohanan’s first foray into Malayalam cinema. The plot is written by the director himself, while the screenplay was written by the renowned Malayalam writers Benyamin And G Indugopan.

The film stars Malavika Mohanan as well as Mathew Thomas in important roles, the filmmakers released the first teaser trailer for the film on the 28th of January. The trailer caught the attention of many cinephiles all around us. Then, on February 10 the long-awaited trailer was unveiled by stars Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Tovino Thomas, and Katrina Kaif. The trailer gives an evocation of love between Malavika’s Mohanan, and Mathew Joy. It also beautifully depicts the rural conditions of villages and their daily struggles. Alongside Mathew Joy, the film includes Rajesh Madhavan Vineeth Viswam, Veena Nair and Muthumani in key roles.

The film was made by Sajai Sebastian and Kannan Satheesan under the umbrella of Rocky Mountain Cinemas. Govind Vasantha composed the music to the film. Cinematography is done by Anend C Chandran. Manu Antony is the editor.
