Kimberly A Martin Career
She was a Wesleyan University student. While there, she double majored in psychology and African American studies. She earned her BA from the same university in 2003. While still a college student, Kimberley started working at US Trust as a sales assistant. She worked there for two years. In September 2005, she started working for The Daily Orange as a Sports Staff Writer.
In January 2006, Kimberley started writing sports articles for The Post-Standard. The sports writer started working for The Record as a Local Sports Intern six months later. After a ten-month internship, she was employed as the sports reporter for The Record.
In November 2007, Kimberley Martin joined Newsday Media Group, where she began covering the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. After four and a half years, she was elevated to the position of New York Jets Beat Writer.
