Kisi Ki Jaan (translated as “Kisika Bhai Kisiki Jaan“) is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action-drama film directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Salman Khan Films. Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, and Jagapathi Babu lead in the film, alongside an ensemble supporting cast. The film is a remake of the 2014 Tamil film Veeram.
Story of Kisika Bhai Kisiki Jaan
Bhaijaan, a bold man, lives in a Delhi colony with his three brothers Ishq, Moh, and Love, and they are frequently involved in fights. Bhaijaan despises the concept of marriage because he fears that his wife will cause discord among his brothers. Despite their claims that they do not want to marry, the younger brothers all have hidden lovers: Sukun, Muskaan, and Chahat.
The brothers learn through Nadeem Chacha that Bhaijaan was in love with a girl named Bhagyalakshmi (fondly known as Bhagya), and his brothers plot to find her and present her to Bhaijaan in order to renew their connection, but they discover that she is now married and has a son. The brothers plot to find another woman named Bhagyalakshmi, because Bhaijaan was more interested in her name than in her, and they eventually encounter another girl named Gundamaneni Bhagyalakshmi, a Telugu-speaking female, and they finally make Bhagya and Bhaijaan fall in love.
To protect the colony, Bhaijaan clashes with a goon named Mahavir. Mahavir attempts to attack the colony, but Bhaijaan foils his plans. Bhaijaan discovers, while traveling by rail to Bhagya’s hamlet in Andhra Pradesh, that Bhagya’s brother Gundamaneni Balakrishna despises violence. Later, a few goons enter the train, but Bhaijaan bashes all of them. Bhagya is surprised to see Bhaijaan, whom she thought was a non-violent guy, and she wants to flee to her hometown, but Bhaijaan convinces her and promises that he would never harbor violence again.
Bhaijaan and his brothers, along with Bhagya, arrive in Bhagya’s hamlet, where he and his brothers are welcomed and respected by her family. Bhaijaan is moved and astonished by their affection, hospitality, and love. Bhaijaan learns that a goon named Kodati Nageshwara intends to kill Balakrishna and his family and has joined forces with Mahavir to do it. Balakrishna requests pardon from Nageshwara after learning this. It is found that Nageshwara’s father, Rameshwara, was selling narcotics from his coffee shop. Balakrishna, who was earlier known as ‘Rowdy’ Anna, filed a complaint against Rameshwara, who eventually died after his reputation was harmed.
