Michael Keetley Wikipedia, Wiki, Case, Age, Trial Judge, Hand, Live, Defense – On Thanksgiving Day 2010, Michael Keetley, a former Florida ice cream truck driver, is accused of killing two people and wounding four more. He is going on trial for the second time. After more than ten years in the Falkenburg Road Prison, Michael Keetley’s first trial—which was held in 2020—reportedly resulted in a mistrial because the jury was unable to reach a conviction.

According to Newsweek, Michael Keetley is charged with murdering the two Guitron brothers, Juan, 28, and Sergio, 22, in a rage-filled attack. According to numerous sources, Keetley was wounded and robbed of $12 by two shooters while he was on an ice cream route, leaving him crippled eleven months prior to the occurrence.
Police claim that on November 25, 2010, Keetley went to the victim’s home in an effort to exact revenge on a man he called “Creeper,” whom he believed was responsible for the attack that left him crippled after he had been shot in the hand, arm, chest, and leg months earlier.
According to Fox News, on March 16, 2023, the “Creeper’s” name was revealed by the prosecution to be Omar Bailon. According to the prosecution, Keetley followed Bailon as a suspect for months. The latter, however, had no involvement in the robbery, according to the authorities.
Fox News reported that the prosecution in the current trial said that on November 25, 2010, Michael Keetley ambushed six individuals who were sitting on a porch outside a Ruskin property as he went on a vengeance spree, murdering two brothers and injuring four others.
The article stated that throughout the trial, the survivors recalled the incident and informed the jury that Keetley approached the home on the night of the murder while he was posing as a law enforcement official. He then called for a man dubbed “Creeper” and started shooting.
Before they were shot, Keetley reportedly forced them to the ground and demanded their identity, according to the survivors of the incident who were able to identify the shooter.
Prosecutors claimed that Keetley may have committed the crime out of retaliation for the incident that left him crippled after becoming dissatisfied with the length of the police investigation. Authorities said that on the night of the murder, Keetley thought “Creeper,” who attacked him, was one of the victims. But, according to testimony from the authorities, Keetley’s victims were not a part of the gunshot that left the suspect wounded.
In addition, Keetley’s ex-girlfriend said in court testimony that the former ice cream truck driver was fixated on identifying the person who shot and robbed him in 2010.
