Transcripts of conversations that Rudy Giuliani had with a former aide while making unwanted approaches toward her were submitted on Tuesday in a shocking sexual harassment case.
Noelle Dunphy filed a $10 million lawsuit against the Trump ally in May, alleging that while serving as his assistant from 2019 to 2021, he forced her to perform sex acts and made racist and sexist remarks.
This week, Ms. Dunphy’s attorneys submitted transcripts of tapes that are said to graphically reveal some of Mr. Giuliani’s remarks that are sexually explicit.
The 79-year-old political veteran “unequivocally denies the allegations” in the complaint, according to Ben Goodman, a political consultant to Mr Giuliani, who previously spoke with The Independent.
Mr. Goodman stated to The Independent on Wednesday that Mr. Giuliani and Ms. Dunphy had a fully consensual relationship.
She claims that during her two years of employment, the former mayor of New York City forced her to perform sex acts on him and work in the nude, and she is suing him for $10 million for sexual assault, harassment, pay theft, and other misdeeds.
Attorneys for Ms. Dunphy claim that Mr. Giuliani allegedly said to her in March 2019: “Come here, huge tts. Your tts are mine. Send them my way. I would like to assert my t*ts.
These breasts are mine. Please, no one else should come near these. It doesn’t matter if they flirt with you or hand you their business cards. These are mine; do you understand? Supposedly, he added.
Giuliani allegedly called her “my b” and “my fing s**” in another transcript, adding, “I want to own you.”
He is accused of calling Ms. Dunphy “my little girl” and “my daughter” in other places.
The transcripts reportedly support Mr. Giuliani’s anti-Semitic comments that were made when the complaint was filed in May.
According to reports, Mr. Giuliani added that Jews should “get over Passover” and that “Jewish men have small c**** because they can’t use them after they get married.”
Additionally, he was charged with requesting oral sex from Donald Trump while on the phone.
According to Ms. Dunphy, Mr. Giuliani pledged to give her $1 million annually and offer free legal assistance, but that payment would have to wait while he was divorcing his “crazy” ex-wife Judith.
Mr. Giuliani stated that the complaint “contains a blunderbuss of contradictory allegations” in a written response submitted to the court in June. He said that Ms. Dunphy has never worked for him and that her “singular objective” is to malign him.
According to Mr. Goodman, Ms. Dunphy has a “documented history of making harassment claims against men for the purpose of making money,” The Independent said on Wednesday.
It’s distressing to see some so-called ‘journalists’ target a man who has devoted his life to helping others with such lies and accusations. After September 11, Mayor Giuliani cleared the streets of New York City, busted the Mafia, and consoled the country.
In connection with his actions in trying to have the 2020 election results overturned in Mr. Trump’s favor, Mr. Giuliani is up against legal challenges on several fronts.
According to numerous reports, Mr. Giuliani is included as “co-conspirator 1” in a federal grand jury’s Tuesday indictment of Mr. Trump.
A disciplinary commission in Washington, DC, has the authority to prevent him from practicing law for his attempts to overturn Joe Biden’s victory.
