Nance is in charge of nearly 500,000 CWA members, 400 Prayer/Action Chapters and Household teams, 40 Young Women for America (YMA) Chapters, and about 600 trained leaders across the nation as the CEO and President of the largest public policy women’s organisation in the nation. In addition, she leads the Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee and acts as its main spokesperson. Nance was named one of the top four pro-life female voices by The Christian Post.
