Raj began working for FedEx Express in the Asia Pacific region as a Vice President in 1996. Till 2003, he was employed in this capacity at the FedEx Express office in Hong Kong. At the moment, FedEx employs more than 600,000 people worldwide.
He offers people the advice to always learn from their juniors and even from seniors based on his many years of experience in various high-level positions at FedEx. He had the view that a person must consistently generate money during his entire life. Every time Raj Subramaniam has a position inside the organisation, he loves to uphold his basic principles.
