Richard Robinson Chef Wikipedia, Age, Royal Opera House – From Southside to San Marco, Pink Salt Restaurant and Wine Bar is moving.
Pink Salt, a restaurant run by Chef Richard Robinson, will relocate from 5111 Baymeadows Road, Suite 19, in the Brierwood neighbourhood of Southside, to the location that last housed Vino’s Pizza & Grill at 1430 San Marco Blvd.
The food served at Pink Salt is Caribbean and seaside. He claimed that the landlord restored the area after Vino’s was forced to close due to Hurricane Irma in 2017. It’s in a terrific place for us, according to Robinson.
There will be 155 seats available in the 3,100 square-foot Pink Salt location, up from the present 100. “The neighbourhood is more hip for our concept. In San Marco, there is no one like us, he declared. The only Caribbean restaurant in San Marco will be us.
According to Robinson, he founded Pink Salt in 2017 to cater events, and along Old St. Augustine Road, he opened his first restaurant the following year. Before the recent move, he outgrew that and relocated to Brierwood.
The current location is currently closed except for catering. In San Marco, Robinson said he plans to open in the middle of November and serve breakfast, lunch, supper, and Sunday brunch.
He plans to be open seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for breakfast, lunch, and Sunday brunch, and from 4 to 10 p.m. for dinner. Tuesday-Saturday.
He currently has a partial liquor licence and is able to serve beer and wine. Anthony Magana, an associate director at Prime Realty, negotiated the lease on the tenant’s behalf. Pink Salt was handled by Robert Rukab of Pantheon Realty Group.
