Sam Lutfi News
Recently, Courtney Love revealed on Twitter the one person who has been crucial to her ability to maintain control over Kurt Cobain’s estate. This surprising disclosure was made in response to a tweet about the conservatorship of Britney Spears.
Love, who doesn’t mind sharing her ideas on social media, frequently uses the medium to call attention to issues or injustices that she finds to be problematic. An example of this is her recent criticism of U2’s association with Irving Azoff’s Full Stop Management, claiming that it was more depressing than Lou Taylor’s contentious actions in the music business.
The musician has previously discussed this type of issue and has been a vocal supporter of Britney Spears in her fight against her father’s conservatorship and TriStar, the management company she previously worked with. In truth, she disclosed that Taylor and Robin Greenhill had attempted to damage her and her family in the same way they had targeted Britney after the latter’s threats against the business in which they openly named them.
Of course, this wasn’t the only time she brought up the subject. A Twitter user recently alleged that others in Britney’s life, including her former assistant Felicia Culotta, had not done enough to support her. The individual went on to claim that one of the few people who actually tried to save Spears from the conservatorship was her former manager Sam Lutfi.
In her response, Love agreed with this viewpoint and confirmed that Lutfi was the only one who made an effort to stop the conservatorship. She added that he entered her life as a result of his knowledge of people attempting to steal Kurt Cobain’s estate and his subsequent assistance in the fight to protect it.
The singer for The Hole explained:
Sam Lutfi, who was present throughout this hectic and dirty time, remained steadfast. Right time, wrong place, and easy scapegoat: skin tone. He came into my life because he was aware of the theft attempt on Kurt’s inheritance, which we still possess. He was the only one to constantly try to overturn Britney’s conservatorship for a period of 12 years.
It’s interesting to note that Sam Lutfi managed Courtney Love for a period before she filed a restraining order against him in 2018. This is comparable to how Britney Spears’ family sued Lutfi for a restraining order in the early 2000s, alleging that he was trying to manage the singer’s life and finances.
