Vladimir Shmondenko News
In a short amount of time, Vladimir Shmondenko has become something of an internet sensation. Shmondenko began his professional life as a weightlifter and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. The fitness addict recently uploaded a joke video to his Instagram. The gym prank video got thousands of views on Instagram, where it has almost 1.4 million followers! His activities literally aroused the eyebrows of the gym patrons as he concealed his bouldering figure beneath a modest cleaner uniform.
Shmondenko is a well-known public figure and well-known for his weird videos in addition to being a powerlifter with a personal best lift of 639 lbs. Recently, he came up with some humorous ideas in addition to providing his fitness updates to let his admirers know about his progress. You can see how the Ukrainian bodybuilder acts and dresses ridiculously if you follow him on social media. Here is one from recently.
He posted a new video to Instagram on March 19 with the message “It’s for back?” The video clip appeared to show one bodybuilder deadlifting a heavy barbell while another encouraged him to do so. Then, out of nowhere, Shmondenko, also known as “Mr. Anatoly,” arrived on the video and pretended to wipe the floor. He had to obtain the bodybuilders’ permission in order to carry out the action.
He simply hoisted the weight that the bodybuilder was having trouble lifting with his one hand while the two of them made eye contact. This made people look up. Mr. Anatoly demonstrated that he was oblivious to the function of the deadlifts by stating this particular information. He started performing barbell rowing with that one hand after realising it was a back exercise.
Clearly, this drove the two insane, and before they could ask him anything, Shmondenko turned around and left while introducing himself. The bodybuilders’ jaws had already fallen by the time Shmondenko closed the curtains on his performance. One of them even made an unsuccessful attempt to hoist the barbell with one hand.
