While I’ve never read anything about Wendy Hurrell being certified to present the weather (I thought it was advised you have a degree and passed some course at the Met Office… but whatever), I tweeted a tirade about her around a year ago about how she does the weather prediction on BBC London News.
I basically replied that she appeared to be quite focused on getting her face on the TV, etc. After a few months, I suddenly began to receive a deluge of comments extolling her qualities and praising her, telling me I was a twit for attacking her.
However, I decided to publish the comments as a post. So let’s begin: Try the economy, poverty, housing, politics, racism, religion, homophobia, etc. if you want to rage about something. Instead of criticising a diligent person you obviously know nothing about. on Wendy Hurrell’s meteoric rise, whoever she may be?
Wendy is renowned. Not ONE bad thing was said about her! If everyone in the world were as lovely as her, the world would be a better place. She is one of life’s wonderful people. Just let her be! She’s incredible! regarding Wendy Hurrell’s continual ascent whoever she may be?
