Whitney Webb News
On August 22, 2021, at about 2:30 a.m., a collision occurred on Route 30 in Mountville, Lancaster County. Between Prospect Road and Stony Battery Road lies the area.
According to the district attorney, the drivers of a BMW and a Chrysler perished in the collision. The BMW’s two passengers suffered serious wounds.
The BMW veered, went up a small hill, and then rolled over into the highway on its roof, according to two witnesses who saw the collision. The Chrysler then hit the BMW’s front end before veering to the right, according to a statement from the district attorney’s office. In order to seize the Mazda, which was parked outside of Webb’s home, officers “obtained information that Webb was the driver of the Mazda and obtained a search warrant.”
According to the district attorney’s office, Webb’s cell phone records proved the object was nearby on the day and at the time of the collision.
On Wednesday night, a tractor-trailer’s cab caught fire and slowed down traffic in York County. At 6:24 p.m., it happened in West Manchester Township along Route 30 on Market Street. A diesel fuel leak required a call to Hazmat.
